Factory, warehouse & commercial floor cleaning

What we clean

• Factory and production floors
• Warehouses and loading bays
• Workshops, garages and fleet yards
• Parking areas and ramps
• Food-prep and wash-down areas
• After-hours and weekend scheduling

Clean floors are safer floors

A film of oil and dust on concrete is a slip hazard, and it makes floor markings and walkways hard to see. Regular deep cleaning helps your site stay compliant with health and safety requirements, makes a better impression on clients and auditors, and helps floor coatings last longer.

Built around your operation

We know production can't stop for cleaning. We can work after hours, on weekends or section by section, so your operation keeps moving. Before the job we agree on where the water goes, how we isolate electrical equipment, and how we keep your staff away from the work area.

Preparation for coatings

If you are planning to epoxy, paint or re-line a floor, a properly pressure-cleaned, residue-free surface helps the new coating bond. We can work around your flooring contractor's schedule.

Our process

1. Site visit

We agree on the zones, timing, drainage and safety requirements.

2. Degrease

We pre-treat oil and grease build-up with a suitable degreaser.

3. Pressure clean

High-pressure cleaning with a surface cleaner for an even result.

4. Recover & hand over

We direct the water to drains and do a final inspection with you.
