Less than most people expect. A commercial pressure washer typically uses less water than an open garden hose running for the same time, because it cleans with pressure, not volume, and it finishes the job much faster. We always respect municipal water restrictions.

Not when it is done properly. We adjust pressure, nozzle and technique to each surface. High pressure goes on dense concrete, low pressure on roofs, solar panels, timber and older clay brick.

No. We just need access to the work area, an outside tap and a power point if available. Many clients let us in and carry on with their day.

Fresh and moderate oil stains usually lift well, and old ones fade a lot. Very old oil that has soaked deep into porous concrete may leave a faint shadow, and we will tell you honestly before we start.
